Quaint, elegant decor with beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool. Free Wi-Fi, concierge services, and a cozy wine and tea lounge for a sophisticated billiards session.
Oh, how I missed the hustle and bustle of a city center! But hey, who needs lively restaurants and a convenient location when you have a peaceful oasis to relax in?

We recently stayed at The Charm Of for 9 days and had an incredible experience. The hosts, Ruy and Susana, are warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel's attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. The location was perfect, in a quiet residential area but still close to great restaurants. We highly recommend staying here for a truly special and memorable experience.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Mind-blowing experience at this jaw-dropping, super chilled-out getaway. The cozy rooms with flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax, and the bar/lounge area was great for unwinding. Added bonus was the laundry service and business center. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend the Charm of Cascais highly enough. It is a peaceful beautiful haven a walk away from the picturesque town and beaches of Cascais. Susana and Ruy the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, even making chicken soup for me when I was ill during my stay. Their home is beautifully and luxuriously furnished and adorned, with a stunning garden and pool. All meals are delicious and the staff are on hand to help with anything you need. There are several great day trips nearby which the hotel provides full information on, including Sintra. Ruy will also arrange sailing trips. I certainly hope to stay here again.

Amazing service and fantastic rooms and surroundings. We travelled with a 1½ year old child, and not only was a nice cosy bed made available for him but also toys and special cutlery. Our room was not only cleaned in the morning but in the evening while we went for dinner is was cleaned up again. Simply fantastic service - and a lovely pool area :-)

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh products and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The location was also great, as it was in a quiet residential area close to several great restaurants.
Everything was fantastic.

This is by far the best villa I have ever stayed in. It may not be big but it has everything you need and so beautifully designed, from the gorgeous garden to the traditionally decorated communal areas. The hosts are extrememly hospitable and will bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible - I have not experienced such customer service in a very long time, not even from some of the best 4 and 5 star hotels around the world. I was mostly impressed by the effort that was put into the little details which make all the difference - chocolates on the pillows, quality soap and shower gel, robes in the bathroom, complimentary towels by the pool, no time limit on breakfast, excellent Wifi throughout, my list can go on forever! Its location is also perfect on a quiet residential street but with a car you can reach downtown Cascais in 5 minutes and there are so many great places to visit nearby making it the perfect base for that region.
The only consructive criticism would be on the breakfast - it was perfectly fine and everything that was on offer was superbly made and presented - however, after receiving the breakdown of the bill we were a little surprised that, although included in the price of the room, the beakfast was down as 20eur a night. Overall I have to stress that this hotel is worth every penny but if you're going to pay that much for breakfast then you would expected an entire feast to be put in front of you. Lastly, I have to say that we found the hotel a bit hard to find because the sign outside is quite small and not very legible. After driving very slowly up and down the same road we finally saw it, so as long as you know what you're looking for then it's fine and I would say that having stayed there it was an extra bonus for the villa to be so discreet as it made for a more private and intimate stay, especially if you are looking for a romantic vacation.

Beautiful bed and breakfast located about 15 minutes walking to the marina, beach, and center of Cascais. We had one of the rooms by the pool - it was small but we spent more time outside by the pool or in the tastefully decorated living room. Breakfast was delicious and served in an intimate but lovely space.
Location is a bit off the beaten path so having a car would be helpful.

Fantastic hosts, superb room, clean property, varied and tempting breakfasts, wonderful private garden.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

I was charmed by the peaceful and attractive gardens at The Charm. The pool area was a perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfast spread was a real treat with great options and the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The hotel, run by friendly owners and staff, was spotless and very comfortable. a great place to stay.
One drawback I experienced was the location, about 20-25 minutes walk from the center of Cascais. However, the walk was pleasant and taxis were readily available, making it manageable for me.

Really friendly people there. Very clean place. Had a great time there.
The only problem I found was that the Wifi connection didn't work in my room (poolside room) unless I was standing in front of the window. Really liked the place anyway.

The swimming pool (although not heated); the house is really nice; breakfast in the garden. The guy (which we think is the owner) looks just like the man in the Go Compare advert! :)
Breakfast was not traditional portuguese and could have been better for the price paid and the portuguese standards. Staff was never available. The room was nothing special, in the pictures it looked much better. The double bed was actually made of twin beds put together. There was no shower, just a bathtub.

The hotel was conveniently located on a busy roundabout with easy access to both sides of the city. The lovely garden added to the charm of the place. The rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit a bit basic. The breakfast was delightful with fresh, local produce and a good variety of options.
The service could have been better.

Located just a short drive from Cascais' charming center, this impressive Edwardian guesthouse offers a truly unique experience. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful Mediterranean garden, complete with tropical fruit trees. It felt like stepping into a hidden oasis, providing a peaceful and serene setting for relaxation. The outdoor pool was also a delightful addition, perfect for taking a refreshing dip on a sunny day. Another standout feature was the bio cooking herb agriculture production used for the restaurant's home-cooked meals, adding a fresh and flavorful touch to every dish. , the free shuttle service to Cascais Train Station was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
Long walk to/from the sea/town.
